In order to exceed competition, we had to fully understand what the competition was and how they were performing digitally. After an extensive research project, we were about to start frameworking the design and functionality for the new website. Not only did we want to attract new customers, we wanted to keep them returning and engaging with the site for years to come. In order to achieve this, we built a members area and subscription.
We’ve achieved a Click Through Rate (CTR) of 0.09%, which generated a number of new sales. In the campaign’s inaugural month of activity the Cost Per Action (CPA) was reduced by 20%, surpassing the client’s target. So far WEtrain are seeing an 85% customer subscription retention rate, exceeding the target of 70%.
